obrun/map-schema

A lua script for mysql-proxy which allows mysql workbench to synchronize with schema names that are different from the name of the model schema. The workbench defect that this proxy works around has since been fixed in mysql workbench RC 6.0.5 which is available and is now in general release 6.0. (9/2013).
