autofft is a Matlab package which performs the time-frequency analysis without the need of Signal Processing Toolbox™. It mimics options of the Brüel & Kjaer FFT analysers and focuses on fast and accurate estimates of averaged autospectra (also called modified periodograms) and spectrograms.
